Here's the Basics on How to Place an Order

PLACING ORDERS: All orders must be written and may be emailed to Susan at susan@publicradiopremiums.com or Betzy at betzy@publicradiopremiums.com. You may also order through our websites. 

CREDIT INFORMATION: All customers are required to pay when ordering. We accept payments via credit card of EFT. Once your order has been entered into our system, you will receive an confirmation that includes all pricing FOB factory. Upon approval of the confirmation, we will send an invoice to be paid before production begins.  

SUBMITTING ART: Please email art to betzy@publicradiopremiums.com. Be sure to include your name and contact information on the art email. Your art should be submitted in Adobe Illustrator vector files with fonts converted to outlines and saved as .EPS. For 4-Color Process/CMYK art, please submit high resolution (minimum 300 dpi) files sized to factory template and saved as a TIFF file.  

ART REVIEW: We provide Art Proofs for client review. Art Proofs must be approved by email prior to our initiating production of your order. As indicated on individual product pages, a pre-production proof of the actual product is available for many items and is required for some.  

OVER AND UNDER RUNS: Most custom items are shipped and invoiced in a quantity that ranges between 10% more than you ordered and 10% less than you ordered. This pattern of variance is because factories will imprint a few more than the order calls for and then the final quality inspection will reject all those with imperfect imprints. You will be invoiced only for the number of items shipped. 

CANCELLING AN ORDER: If you decide to cancel an order in process, you will be invoiced for any factory pre-production and production expenses incurred.  

RUSH ORDERS AND BELOW MINIMUM ORDERS: Requests for Rush Services and Below Minimum Quantities may be available, depending on the product, the imprinting process and the factory. Surcharges may apply for these services. Please call for specific information and we will try to meet your needs.  

RETURNS: Merchandise that has been custom-imprinted cannot be returned unless there is a verifiable defect. Please inspect your order upon receipt for damaged or defective products.  

All price and descriptions are subject to change without notice; though we strive for accuracy, we are not responsible for typos.  If the price listed is different from the actual price, we will notify you before processing your order.  Final product pricing is dependent on your purchase quantity and the number of colors in your imprint.  Prices shown on the site are exclusive of any setup charges, art charges, shipping charges, applicable taxes, rush charges or any other additional charges which will be communicated prior to processing the order.
